Language and Cultural Coaching for Women (1:1) In these one-one sessions, women in your company will develop language and cultural skills in a safe, supportive, and confidential space. We will start with an initial consultation to determine the client's overall needs. The program includes 10 1-hour coaching sessions and a mid-and end-of-program assessment. Topics can include: Challenges faced by international women communicating in the workplace Presentations and public speaking English grammar and vocabulary (job-specific) Written communication Cross-cultural communication skills in the US workplace How to navigate the remote workforce Language needed to be respectful and inclusive in a diverse workplace ​ Available online, in-person, or hybrid. Language and Cultural Coaching for International Women (Group) Support the international women in your organization! ​Programs for daily life and the workplace. Daily life: American school culture American social culture Communicating effectively Popular Culture This 8-session, hour-long weekly course is created for international women who want to communicate with confidence in the English-speaking and learn more about the special challenges women encounter. In this highly customized course, participants will gain insight into American culture, address language challenges, and learn to use their words and voice to achieve their goals in meetings, performance reviews, presentations, and more. ​ This course will be tailored to the specific needs of the group. 12 participants maximum. Available online, in-person, or hybrid. Additional fees may apply for in-person meetings. Price: 2400 USD for up to 12 participants. ​
